President Trump recently said that this election “would be the most corrupt in our nation’s history.”

Who knew he was making a promise?

Trump basically admitted yesterday that he has plans in place to steal this November’s general election. He and his current postmaster general (whose financial conflicts of interest are legion, naturally) are ransacking the U.S. Postal Service in order to suppress nationwide vote-by-mail, which Trump falsely claims is rife with fraud. The fact is that Trump knows he’ll lose — bigly, in fact — if people are allowed to exercise their franchise this fall, and he’ll pull whatever levers are at his disposal to stop that from happening.

There’s fraud afoot, all right, and it ain’t with the voters.
