Tom Wolf’s and the state’s efforts to control the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, but decided to re-shutter the facility when hit with multiple health citations. It’s hard not to sympathize with business owners whose livelihoods hang by a financial thread due to the state-mandated shutdown of “non-essential” operations, but experts warn a premature attempt to return to some sense of normalcy will ignite a second wave of infections.
